Jeff Bullick

As President of Lusardi Land Company, Jeff Bullick oversees the firm's real estate and investment portfolio, establishing strategic objectives and looking for deals that further the company’s goals. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from BYU in 2000 and became an analyst with Price Legacy, a publicly traded retail REIT. After a few years of crunching numbers, he pursued an MBA at UCLA, specializing in real estate finance. He graduated in 2006 and began working in commercial lending for Capmark – GMAC’s financing arm.

Seeing technology's untapped potential among real estate companies, Jeff launched Whiteroom Systems in 2008. The company’s pioneering CAM management software dramatically increased efficiency for REITs and other companies with sizable holdings.

In 2015, Jeff turned his focus back to the deal-making side of the business. He joined Lusardi Land Company and has spent the last decade managing the company’s growing portfolio, including retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, office, and vacant land assets. Jeff enjoys the process of improving assets toward the best possible outcome and firmly believes that a good deal benefits all parties.

Outside the office, he is an adrenaline junkie who loves skiing, dirt biking, and surfing. You’ll find him in his woodshop, tooling around with one of his kids if he's not outside.
